I am here for Friends

About Me

I have two main passions – music and travelling. I crave spontaneous excitement but also the stability of family and friends around me…slightly conflicting factors. A highlight of my life so far was a year travelling around the world, an amazing experience, although I did get a bit homesick at times! I am a bit of a daydreamer and am very forgetful; so if I forget who any of you are, don’t take it personally. I work as a sub editor/journalist, but my main love is writing about music. I write a music review column in a local paper, so if there are any bands that would like me to review their work - get in touch. I love partying with mates and have been known to have a few too many alcoholic beverages upon a night out and become a bit of a nuisance, but then again the entertainment value is normally worth it! In fact that’s probably contributory to my bad memory! I love going to gigs both national concerts and local events and have seen a lots of bands - both legendary artists and new music. I ‘attempt’ to play the guitar, but the din never leaves my bedroom…so not many people get to hear that!!! I love every type of animal and can often be spotted in Gorleston being taken for a walk by numerous Greyhounds!! I am a bit of a softy and cry at just about any soppy film…not sure if I should be admitting that! Well I think that’s about enough of this confession type thingy for now…if you want to know anything else, get in touch!
