About Me

Very independant and studious as I'm on my way ultimately towards another Ph.D. Father of one, potential future step father of three, but I refuse to grow old. Computers are now my life's work, coming from a career as an electrician for over 25 years. I like challenges, and self improvement, although money doesn't hurt either now does it! Some day I will be in that seat, but right now it calls for hard studious work to get there. This time next year I'll be working on my B.S. at Cal St. Fullerton, and then hopefully onto my M.S. Irregardless of the family we're given in life, I think that its one of the most important things a person has (to me anyway). I wish I could do it over again right, but I intend to rectify what I can with the time I've got left. Although my daughter (one and only) is growing up on her own without me, she is important to me even if she's not aware of it. I look forward to the day I am in the position to do more. Isn't life interesting...

My Interests

Computers, warez, music, scuba diving, love, school (CIS), movies, nature, nascar, friendships, supernatural aspects of life, lore, Knights Templar etc.

I'd like to meet:

Just friends now as I've met the woman I shall be with for quite awhile! She's the answer to the desires I have and the person I can count on to be there when I need someone. I don't know how I managed to attract such a beautiful woman but all that matters to me is that she makes me happy, and I her. This I would wish for all of you. While this is of course in present tense, we've yet to argue after 14 months together, and I think that says a little something about the road we're on.

Music:

Still stuck in the 80'S (and always will be), but have a very wide spectrum of musical tastes. Most favorite group is ERASURE. Many sub-favorites though. CONCERTS I'VE BEEN TO: Blue Oyster Cult, Molly Hatchet, Pink Floyd, Rolling Stones, Genesis, Thomas Dolby, BT, Robert Plant, Erasure, E.L.O., B-52's, Oingo Boingo, Judas Priest, Asia, Depeche Mode, Queen, Van Halen (original), Journey, Def Leopard, Billy Squire, Sugar Cubes, U2, Supertramp, The Firm, Bon Jovi, Skid Row, Styx,

Movies:

'Crash' (the first one, an independent film), would have to be one of the top ones, as would 'Four Rooms', 'AI', 'Excalibur', Tim Burtin films, etc...

Television:

M.A.S.H., South Park, news..., PSB programming, Military Channel.

Books:

The Bible, The Trilogy, Chronicles of Narnia, educational information, etc.

Heroes:

Benjamin Franklin, Christ, my sister Pam, Bill Gates, George S. Patton.
