partying, karoake,reading, school, hanging out, and did i mention partying? Life's too short not to go out and have fun.
In a way, Iraq is just one factor that is leading to a decline of the American empire. Other reasons are:
--the large pools of capital in east asia and the arab world that leftist oppositional societies and developing states, such as in latin america, can turn to for investment deals instead of the U.S. and the world bank/IMF,
--The growing importance of China in dealing with global instabilities in the world, demonstrated in their ability to make N Korea return to nuclear negotiations when the US couldn't, and their shouldering of the burden of development in Africa,
--the inefficiency of american industry compared to other nations,
...are just a few examples. The U.S. is supposed to be the flagship state of the capitalist order in the world, and it's decline means that other nations that try to take up this responsibility will be more numerous but weaker in comparison.

Davinci Code, Angels and Demons, Deception Point, Digital Fortress and oh anything else by Dan Brown and John Grisham is awesome too! But for now Im stuck reading school books.
