I am a retiree and writer, interested in spirituality and politics and occasional punditry. My most recent short story can be found at http://www.blithe.com Entitled Fear Won Out, it was my first venture into fiction after several years doing articles and free lance work.I live with my partner in the Twin Cities. We share our home with two black cats named Frijole aka Luv Hawg and Miss Emily aka Miss Thang, and a rat terror/terrier named Lucy the Wonder Dog. And yes we named her before learning about a website promoting another rat terrier by the same name.Both of us spent much of a lifetime in the Houston area before moving north to Minneapolis. We love the friendships made here, but deeply miss those we left behind as well. Friends are my treasure, and they have made me rich beyond all expectations.
