..Celestiality are 5 guys from Norway who started out in October 2004. The group started up like a trio, with Simen S. Bendiksen on guitar, Michael Keihl on guitar and vocals and Kim Andre Gullhavn on drums.
The search for band members was long and enduring, but in the summer of 2005, Lars Solberg was recruted to play bass and Morten Vatne from Maltractor became the new vocalist. This was the line up for about 1 year and the band manage to record 2 demos.In the summer of 2006, Lars Solberg joined the army, and Morten Vatne who is a family father had to quit because he wanted to spend more time with his family. Celestiality was now "back to the basics" and the search for replacements was on.In the winter of 2006 after a long time without any vocalist and bassplayer, a man called Thomas Bie was recomended as a lead singer and Ole Martin Vartdal as the bassplayer. In 2007 the band had a quiet period, since Simen and Ole had to join the army. Simen got back from the army and Lars Solberg was once again hunted down for the bassplayer spot.At the moment Celestiality are taking a temporarily break because of the geographical situation. Who knows what the future might hold?
