About Me

I live near Union Square and love living in NYC! I am getting booted out of my apartment, so I'm making the BIG move (in many ways) into stuytown. I'll be ready to move in a few years to the 'suburban life', but I have no regrets about staying in the metropolitan area because New York City is AMAZING. Sometimes I miss trees, grass, my car, and the beach, but it's nice being able to walk everywhere, get rid of the FoRD (Fix or Repair Daily), and get awesome food 24 hours a day! Maybe I'll move to Cleveland b/c I actually like it there, but don't tell MT. Anyway, I'm currently working nearby at a local hospital, but my advice to anyone interested in medicine: Be a Dentist, go into business, or do something else!!! It's really not worth it. Oh well! One thing I've learned is to really appreciate good people, and life treats me well:)One day I want kids, but I think that this is by far the funniest website ever: http://maddox.xmission.com/irule.htmlI've gone snowboarding and surfing a few times, and soon I will probably break something. Surfing is so fun...there aren't many hobbies where it's fun to fall, but surfing is definitely one of them. I just started playing basketball and soccer again and realize that even though I am really out of shape, I miss it when I don't play.During the past 2 years I was able to spend a week in Costa Rica, 5 weeks in Australia, 5 days in Florida, a week in Vermont, a few days in Las Vegas, 12 days in Puerto Vallarta and most recently 5 days in Cleveland. I love traveling and thinking Hawaii or Ethiopia for the next trip.

My Interests

Staying sane, eating Thai food, traveling, working out, playing soccer, watching the Yankees (I LOVE baseball), biking through NYC, eating again, sleeping, people-watching

I'd like to meet:

People I haven't seen or talked to in a long time, people I see a lot, and new people to chat and hang out with. I enjoy people with a sense of humor who can handle sarcasm and who, like me, find amusement in things that truly aren't that amusing.I especially want to hear from anyone who doesn't mind that I wear pink shirts, anyone who wants to do my job while I travel on their salary, anyone cute who's up for a threesome (are you reading?), anyone who will bake me chocolate chip cookies (ok, kind of kidding), anyone with travel recommendations or advice on where to take my next trip, and anyone interested in random vacations...
