Amy Peck is a versatile musician, having performed as a singer (classical, musical theater, and contemporary), pianist, and a violinist. As a vocalist, she has performed in the languages of French, Italian, Latin, German, and English. Beginning piano lessons at age five and violin lessons at age ten, she did not begin my singing and solo performance career until starting voice lessons at thirteen years of age in 2003. In the summer of 2004, Amy made her first debut onstage singing background vocals with a Christian rock band, Saline, at a Relay for Life event in Mifflinburg, PA. Also, in the summer of 2004, she made her debut as a solo artist in a benefit concert for her upcoming East Coast Tour with The Young Continental Singers. Upon returning home she recorded and released her first independent CD titled Psalm 104:33 which featured two original songs. She has been very privileged to provide special music for events such as The Susquehanna Valley Pregnancy Care Center’s Annual Banquets, United Methodist Women’s teen retreat Girls Gathering for God, the Jersey Shore Town Parade, Stabler’s Grove Camp Meeting, Summer Fest Christian music festival, A Gift to You Community Christian Christmas concert (which she also organized), and as a finalist in Williamsport’s Got Talent. Amy also regularly provides special music for worship services in local churches and weddings. Amy has performed in theater productions such as Extreme (2005), West Side Story (2007), Much Ado About Nothing (2008 – Beatrice), Les Miserables (2008 – Little Cosette), State Fair (2008), High School Musical (2008), The Phantom of the Opera (Scenes)(2008 – Christine), West Side Story (Scenes)(2008 – Maria), Urinetown (Hope Cladwell – 2009), Kiss Me Kate (Lois Lane/Bianca - 2009), and The Last Five Years (Cathy – 2010). At the 2009 Ray of Lights Awards Ceremony, Amy was awarded Best Performance by a Supporting Actress in a Musical for her performance in Kiss Me Kate. Although she is trained classically in voice, she performs many Amy Peck Concerts of Contemporary Christian Music. Amy has taken 2 years of ballroom dance and one year of ballet. Amy performed her high school Senior Recital on November 2, 2008, and another Recital on August 09, 2009 with Ryan Workman, at The First United Methodist Church in Williamsport, PA. The repertoire for both recitals consisted of Classical Vocal (Italian, Latin and French), Music Theater Vocal, Classical Violin, and Contemporary Vocal with Piano. Amy was a member of the Williamsport Symphony Youth Orchestra, The Williamsport High School Symphony Orchestra, The Williamsport Millionaire Strolling Strings, The Ray of Light Awards Committee, Billtown Center Stage Productions, Les Chanteuses (Female Vocal Ensemble), and First Church Youth Choir.
Amy Peck is currently studying at Eastern University for a Voice Performance major, with a minor in marketing.
