About Me
Since 94' this rhythm master has traveled throughout the country and even the world. Brandon was first noticed on dance floors across the midwest, for his unique freestyle and b-boy skills, aka Bsmooth. He has been favored to perform in videos and documentaries. Back in the day it was nothing for him to have just about every mix tape to cd, it was only time before he focused on the decks. After loungen around with some of Chicago's modern pioneers, it wasn't hard to be inspired after Frankie Vega got Brandon his first set of turntables. As a proud supporter of Energetic Global productions, it has made him open minded about music in general while helping throw events across the midwest. As he pushes foward on making music, his songs have been on radio shows from Chicago to London as be a top artist on Myspace for midwest house and techno. His first show was at Alcatraz Night Club, where some of Chicago's best legendary performers have played. After having talked about performances across the country where he has shared the decks with some of the most respected artists in the world like Prototype 909, Hyperactive, Dj Huggie, Angel Alanis, Danny the Wild Child, Richard Vision, Phantom 45, Halo, Paul Johnson, Colette, Electric Indigo, Justin Long, Heather Heart and many more artist that are, or next to be. A mild break from music was taken in life for family and career. As a Sergeant in the military, his role in life was very busy. After a one year tour in Iraq and having an ankle injury, it was clear that this path was coming to an end. Since getting back from his tour of duty, he has had monthly spots at the Delirium Night Club in Austin Texas, to Chicago's Lava Lounge, Zentra Night Club and a resident at Chicago Sports Bar, along with Dj Seven, and Dj Echo as many other special events, past, present and future. Here are some other respected venues across the nation that he has performed @ Quasar, Cheetah, 3113, Alcatraz, The Delirium, Midnight Sun, Lava Lounge, Zentra Night Club, Velvet, The Metro, Fusion Night Club, Lot Four, Chicago Sports Bar and many others that have come and gone. He is consistantly in the studio, where he works on original music and remixes, while collaborating with Marcus Sustain aka (Mainframe), one of the originators of Chicago's very own music label Kompute Records. With the envelope unfolding for Brandon, he is sure to help motivate the music scene as a whole. You can catch him behind the decks or on the dance floor and even in the studio, where he is always energizing the world through music.
