can a german girl cook like an italian mamma ?? yes she can and i do so since 89 at my Gasthaus Braun, a nice trattorialike spot which spreads a vibe i soaked in by travel /stays through italy.its a special one influenced by my fondness for a Italy of the early 50ties i know out of movies ,pics and dolce vita like experiences. but my restaurant isnt like a cliche.. of this time ,its vivid and contemporary....too the G.B. is influenced by music. ..started in 99 when local LwtB djs brought KIDLOCO for dinner, since when i cooked for a wild bunch of artists/djs before their shows and the food-music vibes began to spread and still does .giving me energy/vibes which flows back into the food i m preparing...thanks to local people who made and make this possible and a special one to the boozoo bajou boys which continue and bring the proper vibe to nbg.. and my respect to all the artists which visited my spot...loved it ..and it continues...!!!!!!
