SUGAR: Hi, I'm the oldest, so I get to go first. I am 7 years old and am a wire hair terrier/chihuahua mix. Mom rescued me from the humane society when I was 8 weeks old as a birthday present to herself. I tend to be a "momma's girl" and although I love my brother and sister, I could sooo be the only dog. I only know two tricks; sit and kiss.....hey, that is all a girl really needs to know in life! My favorite color is pink and I am just as sweet as my name says!
SPICE: I am the middle one, and the only boy! I am 5 years old and am an Italian Greyhound/Poodle mix---funny, I know....I gave myself the name "Italian Noodle" to go with all those other mutt names to sound important. I am fast, and I like to run a lot! I know a few tricks, but I am a little too hyper to care about them much. I learned everything I know from Sugar- she was a good mentor. I really love my sister Roxy- we play and cuddle a lot. I was attacked by a pit bull a few years ago, but I know first hand that it is the deed and not the breed. I like to show off and sometimes talk back. I am a sweet boy, and I know I am handsome!
ROXY: I am the baby of the group- but I make up for it in size! When Mom & Dad brought me home, I was smaller than Sugar & Spice. I am 3 years old and am a Staffy. Dad convinced Mom that they needed me and boy am I glad. They rescued me from the same place Mom got Spice- an awful, mean petshop type place--they don't take care of dogs there (it was in a mall) and let them sit in poop and get infections. It's closed now- and I am glad to be where I am! I know lots of tricks and I have done some basic training. I like to sit in people's laps- so what if I am a little bigger? I am also really good at giving kisses and I like to cuddle with humans and my siblings. Lots of people think I am mean, but they just haven't met me. Little dogs & kids are my favorite to meet, but I get to hang out with other "bullies" too, since my mom does rescue. It's a tough life, but someone has to do it!"
