MAJOR

Major has always had a love for music from a very early age where he was brought up playing several musical instruments. As he grew older his musical taste developed and one day he was given a happy hardcore tape pack from a friend at school. As soon as he heard what these DJs were doing he knew he would like to follow in there footsteps and so began his dream of DJing. Several years down the line, after becoming of age at which he could go and see the DJs he looked up to live in action he finally bought his own set of decks in 2002. As he started buying record he collected various different genres of music from the happy hardcore he grew with to trance, house and garage which he heard in the clubs. After a year or so he made his decision to concentrate on one genre and choose Garage as this is what he felt most conected to at the time. From here he went onto play on various internet stations back 2 back with a friend called Topside which led to his first live gigs and in turn a thirst for more. But due to work comitments Major sat down his headphones for a year in 2005. The dream had faded into the past untill a year later when he was asked by two MCs if he would spin tunes for them and this is where the Tee Total Family (TTF) was born from ( www.ttfmusic.co.uk )Major has now started his journey into clubland and hosts a weekly radio residency at the south east leading pirate radio station Force 106.6fm ( www.forcefm.net ) Playing Bassline & 4x4 Garage. With a whole host of gigs and club nights under his belt he is looking to further his DJ career and with huge plans in the pipeline for future releases of his own material plus much more..... watch this space!!!!
