Born in San Jose, raised in Portland, cured in Seattle rain. Grew up singing with the siblings.(don't tell her, but I used to sneak into sis' room and play her guitar when I was 5)Al Green, Joni Mitchell and Jethro Tull were my fav groups/singers after the Beatles. Took some classical lessons and entered a few competitions. Love to play, sing, write music.....current heroes include James Brown, Zappa, Debussy, Miles, Marvin, Bach, and the list goes on.........oh, and I love Judy Garland, more than you could even imagine...............James "Shoes" Walker
