About Me

"Be Excellent to eachother-Party on dudes!" CHECK-CHECK-IT: I moved. . . hmm, mixed feelings on that one/ my sense of direction works something like this: "yeah, I think I smell the ocean. . .or, yeah that tree looks familiar/ I want to work in set-design more than I want to breath!/ I manage an itallian restaurant/ I'm the art director/visual band member of the mysterious "Mourning Dove" (I'd reveal his identity but then I'd have to kill you)/ I graduated film school/ I can't spell/ I love animals and kids more than other living things/ I dig adventure dreams/ Sometimes I pretend that I'm tougher than Buffy the Vampire Slayer and I can kick everyone's ass/ I'm curious about native American culture and Eskimos/ My heart is in art direction, particularly for the film and music industries / I sleep with a stuffed animal and read children's books; I love pretending I still believe the things I did when I was a child/ I'm more wise than intellectual/ I think I'm genuine (?) because I don't know how to not be myself, and it rarely ever occurs to me to lie. By the way I hate liers (malicious, habitual liers that is)/ I would die for my family/ I'm just like my Dad (except he's more organized)/ My fear of sharks is so extreme that sometimes I actually get scared in swimming pools/ I love to go on walks, no matter how long or short, what time of day, or where they are, walks absolutely chill me out and make me appreciate my surroundings, plus they provide the opportunity to march and play air-trumpet, horse-gallop, and touch millions of interesting-looking things (my big sister used to yell at me because we'd go into a store and I'd have to touch everything)/ I'm one of the only people who grew up in Bend Oregon who doesn't ski or snowboard. I'd rather ride a board down sand dunes. I love deserts, all types. I day dream of a small palace in the middle of Arabia; outside nothing can be seen but blue skies, white sand, and gorgeous Arabian horses running wild. By the way my favorite animals are horses, cats (mine:Zachie and Willow, are 2 of life's greatest mysteries) and koala bears/ I'm fascinated with vampires, thunderstorms, and the allegation that the foot of a camel is squishy / I think honor is the most important thing a person can possess/ My fave shape is the diamond, fave color black, fave artist Edward Munch and fave scent lavender/ Hopefully I'll live in France someday/ I'm a real princess (as real as anything else we want to believe)/ I refuse to die of old age, bed-ridden and broken;this is why I'll jump into a tornado while I still have my dignity, I'm gonna go out on one, last, wild ride.

"I’ve fought in two World Wars and countless smaller ones on three continents. I led-

plant

The other day I grabbed this plant that had been sitting in the street all day.  It looks like a skinny, green-trunked palm tree.  My mom just informed me that it's probably a "Dreceana" tre...
