The 13th Floor was first conceived in 1813 by a well known cheese farmer, play write, and convicted pedophile. However, his dream lay dormant until the early 21st century when we received a subliminal message while playing a Peter Frampton album backwards and listened to Boston's "More Than A Feeling" at 45 RPM. It was then The 13th Floor began.
