Renwicked is a rapper, a producer, and a song writer out of southern California. Born Kyle Renwick, he grew up in Riverside county, Orange county, and San Diego. Although his roots are planted all over California, it was San Diego where he became the rapper and producer he is today. It was also in San Diego where he developed his Hip Hop movement, “Car Ride Musicâ€. Through intelligent lyrical compositions and melodic instrumentals over cool, bassy beats (suitable to cruise to), Renwicked brings a fresh breath of air to Hip Hop/Rap music. Inspired by artists from Warren G. and Eminem to Atmosphere and Eyedea & Abilities, Renwicked is taking Hip Hop to the next generation.
Aside from writing songs, Renwicked has also dabbled in the business side of the industry. He has interned for independent labels such as Golden Sphinx Records and Band Recordings to Major labels such as Island Def Jam Music Group. His internships include A&R, Promotions and Marketing. In 2007, Renwicked moved to Hollywood to attend the Musicians Institute for the Recording Artist Program and graduated! Since then, Renwicked has performed on numerous flyer events, written beats for other rappers/artists, as well as for himself, and is currently trying to put out a debut album.
