The acclaimed 6 song EP release (2004) features lo-fi 8-track cassette production by joe rogers himself. Captured within an intimate, demo-like feel, these tracks feature some of the earliest and most exposing verses of a young songwriter. Deemed a precise word painter, joe rogers' songwriting has gained him comparisons to such artists as the late Elliott Smith, Leonard Cohen and Neil Young and the release of the EP has been met with high acclaim in the indie world. For now, this proves to be the first solo release from this young songwriter who now spends most of his time acting as the songwriter and frontman for alt-indie rock band Back to Blonde , who are currently touring their own debut LP, "Swim West".
