A some while ago Risto Karhunen was arranging his last psychobilly party alone.
He phoned Eikka;the renowned former drummer of the Lost Boys and asked for a cover band to that date.
Eikka said no.
Risto came to Eikka's door and hit him several times with a baseball bat.
Under a slight pressure Eikka said yes.
At first he phoned to Hämeenlinna and asked Cellar Beasts dudes to come along.
Jukkis and Juha joined in,but another guitar was definetly needed.
Eikka knew the right guy for the job, they have met several times under heavy influences of alcohol.
The man was Ville; formerly widely known as mental viljo for his fierce crimes against chicken societies and tractor workshops. He also used to play bass in a hardcore psychobilly band called Toxocaras. So the band was ready to rehearse.
The set of psychobilly and punkrock classics were ready fast, somehow the band worked out way too easy. The two gigs what are meant to be went great and the band got lots of postive feedback (and pussy),so it began to write songs of it's own.
Songs were weird: Some kind of extremely twisted rockabilly with punk influences.
We thought many days and nights in the bar what we could call this monstrosity.
Then it came out like a lightning bolt from the clear sky: We would call this music Psychobilly!
We googled the word and for our dissapointment some English angry dude had already done this in early eighties. We were pissed. We just plainly started to call it Rough n' Roll.
Cosmic Cockfish Jukebox booked a studio and begun to record tracks for the album.
For their luck Gordon Kärkkäinen, the famous prouducer was in the Ihmis-Supi hunt at the nearby shopping mall.
The Ihmis-Supi slipped in from the studio door and Gordon mutilated the door with a chainsaw and HOLY SHIT! Gordon was amazed, smoked a haystack of weed and drank one light beer.
He wanted to produce this. Band agreed and album is not ready even today because of serious drinking..we'll wait what happens in the future.
