Originally licensed to Tru-Thoughts, ‘Strike 3’ has been a gem in Silver Man’s vault, just waiting for a full release.
The funk laden main track is backed with ‘Cos You’re Beautiful’ – haunting film noir atmospheric beats combined with a mournful male vocal – both serving as an indication of the sound of a potential long player.
“I thought it was time to put these out. ‘Strike 3’ is just a cool, funky track that was sitting around; the same with ‘Cos You're Beautiful’. People were on at me to release them so I figured, “why notâ€?! There are a few more tunes in the pipeline, and it might end up with an album.â€
