I like learning German. Obviously, since I moved to Germany. I like to read, but don't do it enough. I love sailing and being out on the water. I like doing pretty much anything as long as I'm with friends or family. We always make things exciting. Even if we aren't doing anything. OHH! And how could I forget?! My favorite thing to do EVER is play pool. I could play non-stop. Drinking beer and playing pool with friends (friends who can actually play) is like Heaven for me! Tom Petty, The Doors, The Eagles, Bob Seger ("Turn the Page" is probably the best song of all times), Guns & Roses. I like Elton John, Eric Clapton. I also like younger artists like Beyoncé, Pink, Robbie Williams. It's just too hard to think of all of them when you have to!
I love me some foreign films! It is rare that I see a foreign film that I don't like. I'm not sure what it is, but they always seem to be well done. For example, my favorite is a German film called "The Warrior and the Princess ("Der Krieger und die Kaiserin")." Other than that, I like suspense and Thriller films that are well done. "Misery" for example, or even the remake of "Texas Chainsaw Massacre." As gory as it was, the acting was great and it really makes you feel genuinely horrified. Now I sound like a freak. Also, one of my favorites is "Requiem for a Dream." Anyway, I do like films that are sensless sometimes. Movies that you can just sit down and veg-out and laugh to. "40 Year-old Virgin" is HYSTERICAL! I do NOT, however, like fantasy movies, or sci-fi. Sorry, but "Harry Potter," "Lord of the Rings," and "X-Men" just DO NOT do it for me! P.S. If you say I look like Harry Potter, I'll punch you in the face!
I don't watch too much TV. I like shows like "Nip/Tuck," but my work schedule never allows me to get into them. I found that I actually like the show "Becker." I don't know how that happened. "Reba" is funny. Basically, if I watch TV, I watch the CW18 (formerly WB18) line-up. Except I don't watch shows like "One Tree Hill." Those bore me...
"Fahrenheit 451" is my favorite book. "Of Mice and Men" is really good, too.
