Keiron Ignorant was born January 11 (same birthdate as Aaron Funk, Breakcore listeners!) in 1987. Coming from an artistic background from the age of six, Keiron is the grandson of the late Jeff Higgins, who was a rugby player in mid 50s for the team Bradford Northern. (now called Bradford Bulls).
Getting into punk and metal in his early teens, Keiron became frustrated due to the close minded and been rejected by his peers, so bored of metal music he picked up an atari teenage riot album out of interest.
this music would later became a heavy influence on his work, and made his first official project The Teenage Angst Brigade in 2003, at the age of 16.
using the application Ejay, this project was becoming too pretenious for Keiron's open minded view of music.
so after a brief viewing of a metal magazine, he noticed a certain character in this magazine named Kamikaze Deadboy.
he took this name on board, as it perfect combination and of both sadness and punk rock nihilism was perfect for his lifestyle. shortly after a few other aliases to describe himself was thrown around, the self proclaimed angry 21 year one punk opinionist rechristend his last name "ignorant" in 2007 in homage to his heroes crass. with now the fusion of mind and music was complete (but still hardly recognised for been a part of the self righteous "Halifax Music scene"), KDB finally said no to the use of any musical software and instruments and melds together the short edited samples of classical, IDM, ambient, breakcore, and noise and creates his own style.
finally splitting his less serious side, he created a second project in 2007, as the speedcore nihilist l'homme fatal, a self proclaimed swipe against myspace culture. so now a respected profilic artist thruout the internet and a resident radio DJ at phoenix FM in his hometown, kamikaze continues to explore new music and continues to hate the scene that had created him!!
