Ani DiFranco, VVN Nation, The Mutaytor, Bitch & Animal, Skinny Puppy. Those are my top 5 favorites. It would require more memory skills than I currently possess to recall more than that.
Legend, yes the unicorn movie. Dark Crystal, Priscilla Queen of the Desert, Lord of the Rings.
TeeVee makes you stupid. TeeVee is the reason most of the sheeple in this country have no idea what is really going on. Get liberated, kill your TeeVee & rejoice.
I love books. I am giddy in the library & positively drooly-delirious at the book store. I'm not a big reader of fiction. I tend to pick up a subject & obsess over it for some time, reading everything I can get my hands on in that subject. The 2 books that changed my life the most were: Feminist Parenting & Diet for a New America. Those books introduced me to feminism & vegetarianism, 2 subjects that have remained a large part of my life ever since.Do I win the award for using the word "subject" the most annoying number of times in one description?
Ingrid Newkirk, Jane Goodall, Ani DiFranco, the women who fought for the rights I get to take for granted today, and my mom. 3
