12/14/07 ok so we've gotten quite a number of questions regarding the status of the band. Short Round is no longer among the living. There. I thought it was pretty much common knowledge but ill clarify: James Leste was doing his band Push to Talk but Im pretty sure they are calling it quits.
Nate Higley plays bass for Cuban Cigar Crisis,occasionally for The Snake The Cross The Crown, and has his own little outlet called Vibe Rationale.
Morgan and Max who played in the band near the end have their own band called Pteradon and they signed with Asian Man Records this year.
I (jason) no longer play music and left california and now spend countless hours on youtube.
