Writing, animals, children, gardening, music, cars, travel and food. I feel I can always learn something new and not afraid to teach if I am comfortable with the subject matter. I love riding horses or walking the beach. Chasing a thunderstorm looking for tornados or sitting cuddled up with quilts watching a blizzard. Does this sound anywhere close to you?

A man that is comfortable in his skin. He respects life, people and the things around him. He likes music, arts or the rough and tumble of a rodeo or NASCAR. He cherishes his woman and she in return makes him feel special. He is accustomed to the kitchen and likes to help or likes help while he creates. He is ready to be pampered but isn't afraid to show his soft romantic side either. Has a heart big enough for Texas and first on the list are all the family members and the Lord. Is at home traveling and likes exploring new things. Are we anywhere close here?
MANY kinds....oldies, smooth jazz, some hard rock, classical and new age. I like instrumental mostly but have many favorite artists: Manilow, Stevie Wonder, Lionel Richie, Air Supply, Yanni, Mannheim Steamroller, Celine Dion, and many many more
Well of course Chic Flicks, some adventure, some non-fiction but not into the shoot-em-ups. This season there are a plethora of titles and genres--I need to catch up! Mel Gibson, Donnie Glover, Sandra Bullock, James Earl Jones (love that voice) and some of Glen Close; can't wait to see 'PS I Love You' and 'I am Legend'.
Don't watch much at all. I have my favorites: ER, Alias (which of course they took off), Medium, Grey's, Desperate Housewives, some of the reality shows like America has Talent, Biggest Loser, American Idol, Extreme Home Makeover, and what ever strikes my fancy at the time if it's on.
Nicholas Sparks, Richard Bach and Jerry Jenkins/Tim LaHaye. Right now I am reading 'The Gift', 'Goldie' and an Obama piece. I would like to read more than I do, I absolutely love going to Barnes and Noble or any major bookstore.
First comes my parents...they saved me from a young life of questions. I was adopted and had no reason to ask why or feel deprived. Those who have no thought for themselves and go all out to help others. Bringing smiles to others who have none due to life handing them hardships. The people that charge in when the scene is deadly to find someone who is trapped. Everyday people doing extordinary things.
