Simon has proven himself to be a successful engineer in both the world of film and music. After graduating from the highly regarded Tonmeister course he then went on to continue his training at Sony Music Studios in London where he either engineered or assisted a variety of projects ranging from full orchestral scores to Pop/Rock and Dance Albums.
Since leaving Sony in 2003 he has worked consistently as a music editor with respected composers such as Hans Zimmer, Harry Gregson Williams and James Newton Howard on many of the major movies of the last 3 years, including The Da Vinci Code, Wallace & Gromit, Batman Begins and Kingdom of Heaven. During this time he has also maintained his production and engineering skills working on Shaznay Lewis's album 'Open', Sophie Solomon's debut album 'Poison Sweet Madeira' and with a variety of other artists including Razorlight and Richard Hawley.

Simon is based at his own studio in Camden where he writes for and develops artists.
