I was born to an educator and a corporate manager, in a small central MN town. I grew in a womb where two others grew before me. I met my best friend as a baby. Since I can remember I’ve been collecting rocks, and painting with watercolors. I was forced to move after seventh grade to an even smaller town. I lost my mother to cancer. Graduated high school and moved again. I started college, then stopped, then moved with into “the love shack†with my roommate of four plus years, started again , then stopped. I started once again when I finally figured out what I wanted to do with this life of mine. Until I came across a professor who told me I should maybe think about choosing a different major. Of course I didn’t change because of him, his doubt in me pushed me to work harder, to be the curve setter or close to, that others envy. I’ve got goals, and I’m optimistic about my future. I take photos, throw pots, water plants, and take care of my pets in my spare time. I am in love with coffee, and the smell of firewood. I like the feeling of driving with the sun on my face, and waking up to new days. I’ve been known to drive home for a hug from my dad or to hear my nieces laugh, too bad moments like that seem to be in a paper cup when you want them to last.
I try to find beauty in everyone and everything that comes into my life. I give more to others, I am happy.
