Catrabbits 1999-2003

Biography
Catrabbits was founded in 1999 by Retu and Mikko. Soon after the first gig Jukka M. joined the band. Few months after that Pekka and Eero joined the band while Jukka left for other intrests. A couple of gigs were played with that line-up but after that the band was abandoned temporarily. In the late 1999 the intrest for playing grew again and while Mikko wasn´t that intrested anymore, Ville took his place in guitars and Jukka P. joined as a bass player. One gig was played and it went well, so an EP was decided to record. Before recording the line-up changed once again and Jukka P. was replaced by Matti. Also Ville left the band and the EP "Mistä Löydät" was recorded and released with only one guitarist in spring 2000. After the release Tero joined the band as guitar player. Finally a solid line-up with a decent release. Many gigs were played during 2000-2002 with that line-up and also a full-length "Särkynyt Elämä" was recorded and released in 2001. In spring 2002 the line-up changed once again. Tero decided to quit the band. The studio for the next full-length was already booked and so the band decided to once again record with only one guitarist. "Loppuun Asti" was recorded and released in late 2002 and some gigs were played with Markus as a session guitarist. Taneli joined the band early 2003 and so the line-up was solid again. Some gigs were played during 2003 until in september the band changed the name to Sotahuuto .
