First and foremost, many thanks for visiting my page. I joined this site to keep in touch with my friends and possibly meet some cool new people. Here's a little rundown on who I am and why I am here: I am a very level headed, easy going person. I enjoy the simple things in life; like good food, a crisp glass of wine, good music and a really good laugh. I'm not materialistic nor do I judge others based on their material possessions. Corny as this will sound, it's what you possess inside that truly matters! Physical beauty is superficial and about as deep as 2 feet of water! A beautiful face may get you in the door, but after 15 minutes, you better have something interesting to say! I fancy a beautiful mind over a beautiful face anytime. I love to travel and love to meet people from different cultures; I find them simply fascinating. I speak flawless Spanish, some Portuguese and I also dabble in French. I have an insatiable thirst for all things "knowledge" and am filled with an innumerable amount of "little known facts." Not at all the "Girl Gone Wild" type, but more like the Girl Gone Geeky! I'm fortunate to have a handful of lifelong friends whom I keep near and dear to my heart. I believe that a relationship, whether intimate or platonic, should be one that perpetuates confidence, trust and reciprocity. My family is sacred to me and I cherish them profoundly. I've learned not to open up to just anyone so I am very selective when it comes to the company that I keep. I am at a point in my life where I want to surround myself with positive, honest and genuine people. My tribulations in life have molded me into the human being that I am today and have primed me for anything that life may throw my way; no regrets, albeit there has been many a wretched time!
