About Me

A successful marriage is an edifice that must be rebuilt every day--Andre Maurois (1885 - 1967)

Aries is the first Sign of the Zodiac, and that's pretty much how those born under this Sign see themselves: first.
Arians are the leaders of the pack, first in line to get things going. Whether or not everything gets done is another question altogether, for Arians far prefer to initiate than to complete. Do you have a project needing a kick-start? Call an Aries, by all means. The leadership displayed by Arians is most impressive, so don't be surprised if they can rally the troops against seemingly insurmountable odds -- they have that kind of personal magnetism.
Arians don't shy away from new ground, either. Those born under this Sign are often called the pioneers of the Zodiac, and it's their fearless trek into the unknown which often wins the day. Arians are a bundle of energy and dynamism and the Pied Piper of their people. The dawning of a new day, and all its possibilities, is pure bliss to an Arian.
While a common Arian refrain might well be 'me first,' there's no point in arguing with them since, in their minds, they are first. Oh, and on the subject of arguing, it's the Ram who will have the last word, so save your breath.
With Aries ruling the head, face and brain, those born under this Sign need to be on the lookout for headaches and are well-served to take the occasional deep breath. The Ram's color is bright red, a sure sign of the fire that breathes within.

I am an Army Wife x10 years now. I have 3 wonderful boys from my hubby David of 11 years. I work for a local Medical Group and so-far, so-good. I love music, dancing, movies, and spending time with my family. I'm totally into photography and I'm currently trying to better myself at it so that I can finally get my business license in order and make some DINERO!
I'm half Filipino and half Irish, born in Long Beach California, raised in Sunnyvale, California. I am the youngest of 9 kids. I have 5 older sisters and 3 older brothers. My baby boy makes grandchild #30 for my mom (yes, you read that right). I come from a very humungoid family! Let's see, I'm pretty straight forward, I don't tolerate bullshit and I don't play games. I'm the type of lady you want on your side!

My Interests

I am proud to be an Army Wife, and even though we go through some tough times that noone outside the life could understand, I wouldn't have it any other way! I enjoy being a Military Wife, I enjoy the Military Life.

I love photography and pretty much take pictures of everyone and everything.

I also enjoy being a sports Mom and a sports Wife and taking pictures from the sidelines.

I'm totally addicted to PARTYLITE Candles,
I am a manicure/pedicure freak and I also have a weakness for Jamba Juice and Emerald Smoothies. (Not to mention See's Candies Nuts and Chews).
Oh, and I do enjoy baking goodies for people!
:-)

I'd like to meet:

Well, being married to the Army, I meet new people all the time and I love it! The more good people in my life the better. But with the good comes the bad and I don't want to meet:
*trouble-makers
*home-wreckers
*drama-seeking/craving people...those people can stay where they are, away from me...thanks!

.. ..

For attractive lips, speak words of kindness...

For lovely eyes , seek out the good in people.

For a slim figure , share your food with the hungry.

For beautiful hair , let a child run his/her fingers through it once a day.

For poise , walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone...

People, even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed, and redeemed; never throw out anyone.

Remember, if you ever need a helping hand, you will find one at the end of each of your arms.

As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands ; one for helping yourself, and the other for helping others.

--Audrey Hepburn

Heroes:

My husband is a war hero and I'm very proud of him.
Not only does he deploy from time to time, train constantly and work very long hours, but after 9 years in the infantry, he continues to serve our country proudly!
I respect all the United States Soldiers who fight to protect what's ours and i'm very proud of the sacrifices that they make!

Another hero of mine, my MOTHER for raising 9 kids by herself and working until she was 74..
not to mention, surviving colon cancer and at 77, she is healthy today and is still going strong!
I love da mama! * *

I'm in the Army, too

I wear no uniforms, no blues or army greens, but I am in the Army in the ranks rarely seen. I have no rank upon my shoulders - salutes I do not give, but the military world is the place where I live....
