..I am a huge fan of warm weather, unfortunately I live in Seattle - land of rain and cold weather. I am hoping to move down to SoCal sometime in the near future. Luckily my boyfriend is willing to make the move with me when the stars align properly. Which is looking like it might be a possibility in 2009. Currently we live in a cute little house with a great backyard, except for the willow tree from hell that sheds leaves year round. We have a cat named Lucy who we both love to dote on. She is a Siamese mix with crossed eyes and is a little crazy.I have become a gym rat, and recently ran in my very first half marathon. It was amazing to be able to run 13.1 miles without stopping. I even ran the 2nd half much faster than the first and ran up all the hills. I think I may have found my new passion. My old passion was riding horses and really it still is, but since I live in the city it is hard to find the time to get out of the city to ride.I love to travel and see the world. I have backpacked around Europe, been to New Zealand, Hawaii, Mexico and Canada (not just Vancouver, BC). My next trip will probably take me to Amsterdam and Denmark. Amsterdam well because it is Amsterdam. Denmark to visit all of my relatives. I am a first generation American, my parents moved to the states 41 years ago, but the rest of my relatives still live all over Denmark. Bruce and I plan on also going to India, as we have a standing invitation to visit a friend! After that my vote is for Peru so I can see Machu Picchu.This last summer I became a burner, although I don't plan on attending every year (too many places in the world I want to see to spend every year on the playa), but maybe every other year. I think the fashion is my favorite part!My other loves: outdoors (when it is warm), camping, hiking, sailing, books, music, throwing parties, attending parties and concerts.
