There aint no rust on the happiness bus!

About Me

What's up dude? My name is Missouri and I'm originally from the AC, but I'm currently livin' it up in Nodica, Italy! I just got married to the love of my life on December 16th, and I probably couldn't be any happier than I am right now. My beautiful son Maddox was born March 9th, 2006, and I can't believe how lucky I was to get such a smart, adorable, and lovable kid. Being a mom changed everything about me and how I saw life. Words can't express how much I love my family and my friends. They seriously mean the world to me. So, that's pretty much me in a nutshell. If you know me, you already know what my passions are, and if you're my friend, I'm sorry to say that you're stuck with me forever. I'm pretty lucky to have the life that I have and all the wonderful people that are included in it. I love you all!found this music layout at HOT FreeLayouts.com

My Interests

My interests are constantly changing...I guess that's a good thing to keep your life not so boring, right? My biggest interest right now is most definitely my son. It's hard to believe that he'll become as big (hopefully bigger) as me one day. He's so small right now.

I'd like to meet:

I'd like to meet Bradley from Sublime, but that'll never happen........living people I'd like to meet include: Jack Johnson, Ben Harper, Tim Armstrong, Chuck Pahlaniuk and one more dead person......Jackson Pollock.

Music:

I love a wide variety of music, from punk rock to country to freakin Mozart. I LOVE MUSIC! It's a passion, and anyone who can understand that definitely has major cool points. Live shows are the best way to experience any kind of music, hands down. Some of my favorite bands are Rancid, Sublime, Jack Johnson, Ben Harper, Mason Jennings, Amos Lee, Lucero, Guy Clark, Drive by Truckers, Ray Lamontagne, The Mountain Goats, Blackalicious, G Love and Special Sauce, Bad Religion, Pennywise, Flogging Molly, Benny Goodman.....the list goes on and on.

Movies:

I'll confess....I'm a movie junkie. Some of my favorites are Boondock Saints, Requiem for a Dream, Moulin Rouge, The Neverending Story, The Labrynth, Fight Club,Pan's Labyrinth...movies like that, although I also love cartoon movies like The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, and Fern Gully. I guess I'm still a kid at heart.

Television:

It was all about Felicity back in the day. That show rocked. And so did Friends. Now that I finally have a t.v. in my house again, I also really like...and this may or may not be sad...American Idol, Lost (that's the show I love to hate), Desperate Housewives and Grey's Anatomy. I'm also pretty up to date on my wrestling, no thanks to a certain someone.

Books:

All right.....I'm just gonna start listing a few off: Fight Club, Invisible Monsters, The Fuck-up, Manhattan Loverboy, This is Burning Man, Sabriel, Stranger Than Fiction, any book by Anne Rice, The Contortionist's Handbook, Memoirs of a Geisha, and Gone With the Wind (the book was awesome, but the movie sucked majorly).

Heroes:

First of all, my mom. My high school art teacher, Mr. Huggett, Jackson Pollock, Ansel Adams, Frida Cahlo, and Ernesto "Che" Guevara.

Longing

I miss my friend Ellis so bad that it hurts. On 02September it will be one year ago that he got hit by a car while he was walking down the highway. He wasn't drunk driving, and he wasn't hit by a drun...

I'm all by myself....

Well, Rich is in California for a school called AFCOMAC right now. He's been gone for a week or so, and I'm starting to get pretty lonely. Boo. :(

Freakin A

So, today was pretty much the worst day that I've ever had. It all started with me not being able to take a shower this morning (gross, I know). After that I had to sit and wait around for work to ACT...

One year

So, life changes pretty quickly. At this time last year, I was (basically) single, with no responsibilities or cares in the world. You'd think that that would make a person happy...but I find myself a...
