duel started as a joke dealing with organic peanut butter and jelly being sold in one container (i.e. goobers); neil micheal haggerty, neil young, and neil diamond singing chorus for the phantom planet song "california" (yes, the theme song for the o.c.); a herion addiction and a series of reunion tours-and has blossomed to become an eighteen minute set of loosely organized chaos.
