Sitting Pretty formed in early 2006, a couple
of years after these three guys graduated from
the same college. Drew Dawson (vocalist/guitarist),
ending his ties to another local band ‘Mispent Youth,
brought a couple of mates, Robert Moffat (bassist)
and Nicholas Rowse (drummer/backing vocals)
together to try and create their own kind of music.Drew, who has been on the guitar for years now,
plays lead and rhythm guitar as well as also
singing for the band.Rob only started playing bass a year before the
band formed. He has come a long way from his
past of only playing guitar for himself,
to being where he is now.Nick is naturally a guitarist who also sings. He only
started taking the drums seriously when the band
formed, at the same time as buying his own kit
to play with.The band itself has come along way since it
formed in early 2006. But never the less
Sitting Pretty is continuing to improve
their style,performance skills much much more...As a band, they are still young. But as each of member
gains experience, Sitting Pretty will be continue to
improve their skills and expand their
knowledge in the hope that
you will like it
