Heroes:

There are three people in which I owe everything I am.
My mom; Keith; and Vic.
If it were not for these three people I would never be the person I am today. Each has taught me so much.
My mom. She taught me everything I know. She taught me how to make the right choices; how to give second and third and fourth chances to people who truly deserve it. She taught me morals and to take the higher road. She taught me to protect myself and make the hard choices because the easy road isn't always the RIGHT road.
Keith. He taught me how to let people in. He taught me how to have fun. That life isn't always about seriousness and goals and school - that you can mix it up a little and still get everything planned done. He taught me compassion. He taught me about myself in the toughest way possible. By knowing him, I knew the person I ultimately wanted to be. He made me want to be a better person. He made me want to try; he made me see that there are great things in life that you have to go out and get or see for yourself because no one else can do it for you.
Vic. Who taught me so much in four months. Taught me I have a choice. Showed me that even when nothing seems right, be positive and make a change. Nothings coincidence. Taught me to smile; to laugh; to be happy; and most of all, he taught me its ok to open myself up again. He taught me to love again. I never thought I'd let another person in.
I owe a LOT to these three people. There is no way to thank them enough for helping me become the person I am today. I don't know where I'd be without knowing them.
