You pick and choose which service(s) you want! Want additional services as you grow larger? No Problem! Our goal is to be as versatile as possible to ensure you as much success as possible. If we do not offer something you want, all you have to do is suggest it and we will do all we can to make you happy because that’s what we’re hired for.
Web Site Package ($15.00/Year):
Includes the creation, maintenance, and updating of your website (and Myspace/Facebook should you so choose) with no additional monthly fees. Modifications may be made anytime upon your request at no additional charge.

Securing Gigs:
Anytime PRP secures your group a show/appearance, a 5% royalty applies should any revenue be generated. (You pay nothing until we get you something) We will attempt to get you a show by creating a portfolio for you and sending it to venues we think would be appropriate. We will also contact venues via the internet, phone calls, mail and personal visits if applicable. PRP will contact you with a list of shows available and you will choose which one(s), if any, you agree to before we try to get you booked. Should your group secure a show/appearance without the assistance of PRP, no royalties apply (though shout outs would be appreciated!).
Label Signing:
Should PRP contact a record label with your music/portfolio and you agree to sign with that label, a 3% royalty applies for all revenue generated as a result of work from that label for the duration of your contract with the label. (Again, you pay nothing until we get you something) Should you get signed to a label and PRP is not involved in the selection process, no royalties apply (again though, shout outs are great!)
Mixed CD Promotion:
PRP will create a mixed CD comprised of one of your songs along with songs from our other clients. The CD’s will also include band information as well as your band’s web address. We will distribute these CD’s at local venues, to other music fans and music stores in hopes of increasing your fan base.
Merchandising Services
Want to promote your band while making some cash on the side? Take advantage of the several merchandising services PRP has to offer!
Professional Photo Shoot ($15.00/session)
Using professional grade equipment and photo imaging software, PRP can set you up with a photo session. We can then use these pictures to make you an album cover or throw them on merchandise for your band. We can also do promotional shots to hand out to venues and record labels. We have a number of top level independent photographers who are willing to help us get you the perfect shot.
Professional Artist Service ($15.00/Hour Base Price):
Need cover art for your new album? Want a new and/or customized logo for your band? With the use of our professional artist(s), you can make your band not only sound cutting edge, but look like it too! (Quotes will be given and can either be accepted or rejected before artwork is started. Price may vary depending on the job or due to future circumstances)
Product Creation/Advertising ($5.00/Design):
Use our marketing services to create merchandise for your group. Take any photo or drawing and we will be able to add it to a plethora of clothing, mugs, poster, and much, much more. Merchandise is created and sold through zazzle.com as well as your website. Royalties from each product sold will range from 10%-17% depending on the link used to access the product(s). Artist keeps 100% of royalties made. Additional fees apply for customized art drawn by Vision Beyond Sight Studios (see “Professional Artist Service). Price includes unlimited variety of products using the same design and the possibility to make multiple designs, all made to fit your band’s image and your personal tastes.
We are not in this just to make a quick buck and would rather see our clients make it in the industry and just give us a shout out when that happens. We have jobs and are close to graduating college and beginning our own careers, so making money off of you is not our goal. We, aside from helping you, are looking more for experience in the music industry ourselves as a means to get our own foot in the door in future career endeavors. So we want this to be a partnership instead of just a contracted service, so that we can help each other achieve our own goals. Plus, we just love music and being able to be beside promising musical acts and help them in their pursuits gives us a rush like no other.
