My name is Shane Alton McQuade. For most of my life up till two years ago i grew up in Mars Hill. Currently living in Houlton where i work at Steelstone Industries as a Quality Control Foreman. Going through life and adapting to whatever comes my way has been a tough battle, but you come to these checkpoint along the path in life and really look back and see what you have done and put behind you. Then is where you realize no matter how rough the roads of life where or how big and steep those mountains seemed along the way, no one else but yourself can overcome it all and get the full satisfaction, knowledge, wisdom, and glory they hold. Denis Waitley once said "The greatest gift you can give your children are the roots of responsibility and the wings of independence." At the times i may have struggle and looked down upon my parents and wondering at those times why things happened as they did. Today, now, and forever i will thank them for that challenge. They're what made me who i am now, without them i would not have overcome it. Looking over to my brothers and sister i have two brothers Stephen(27) Mathew(1) and three sister Alyssa(23) Tiffany(9) and Crystal(6). Saving the best for last is my older sisters little boy Logan McQuade Faggioli. My nephew means the world to me. Without him i dont think life would be the same. No matter how misearable of a day or week one might have Logan and his full of light and happiness will always overcome any bad times. My sister is the greatest mother in the world and with Jason her fiancee they have raised the greatest little man in the world.
