About Me

Where to start...too much to type for such a small space. I'm 32 years old. All of my friends call me by my last name - Burris. I guess there are too many Chris' in this world.I am a single dad of a 6 year old who is my world. I am also blessed to get to be married to the most amazing woman in the World and her wonderful daughter. I love her more than words can describe.I currently have the luxury of working from home every day for a large bank as a technical project manager. I do still have an office in Charlotte NC, I just rarely make it into it.I also have a recent fascination with the acoustic guitar. I'm terrible at it, but it's sooo much fun when you actually get something to sound right!

My Interests

I have many hobbies and enjoy a wide variety of things. Anything from family events, kids, eating out, movies, bowling, golf, fishing, hunting, music, gaming, swimming, skiing, hiking, camping, animals, and the list continues on and on.

I'd like to meet:

I have been blessed to have already met her. She has quickly became my entire World and I have no idea how I was able to go through life without her for so long. I proposed on 2/29/08 and she said Yes! We were married on April 16th! :D

Music:

I listen all kinds of music including Alternative, Hip-hop, rap, R&B, Country, etc. There isn't much music I don't like except for hardcore death metal crap where I can't understand a single word because every statements is nothing more than a loud deep voiced satanic scream.

Movies:

Hmm...I'm a sucker for comedies. I have a sarcastic nature about me anyhow. Those are definitely my favorite. I don't feel like I get to laugh nearly enough these days. Adam Sandler is hilarious.

Television:

I don't watch much television. I find it depressing to watch the news every single day, and I'm usually screwing around on the computer otherwise. I still like to grab a bag of popcorn and throwback on the couch to watch HBO every now & then.

Books:

Books simply aren't my thing. I'm more of a magazine person for sure.

Heroes:

My Dad is my hero, without a doubt. I don't know where I would be today without him. He is the Dad that I aspire to be to my son.
