Welcome World To Pyro The Maniac aka Rob Swagger Myspace Page, since i can remember i have been in love with hip hop as a young boy, born Aaron Robert Cherry June 9, 1989, born in North Philly later,was raised in East Germantown. At the age of seven, I lost my father due to lung cancer, it was a tragedy in my life, days later to his burial, Tupac Shakur died on the same day, since then pain enter my life, i found out i got a talent of writing poetry which later got me into Hip-Hop, the first cd i listen to was Dj Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince Code Red Album, after i heard that classic cd i started to write rhymes. As I began to find out that music ain't just about cars, chicks, and getting rich, i found out it's about putting time into the music and hard work, i went by many names before Pyro, I went by AC#1, A Dot, A-Roc, K-OZ, then finally Pyro came into the scene. Over the years i wasn't getting know play but in the summer of 2004, when i went by the name of K-OZ i met Synkis, first member to be signed to my label Hood Hitz Entertainment created by myself and Ton Da Rockstar, Synkis was giving me beats, not rapping but after a few months, he became my rap partner. After a lot of work we got into it, making numberous freestyle, doing 215 radio recordings, and a couple of shows, we was good, but not good enough. In 2006 A young cannon named Lockdown signed with Pham Inc Music decided to signed with Hood Hitz. Three young rappers, three dreams, Pyro was releasing his first project "The Rush" but was scrap because of copyrights of the name, so the three young artists was planning on releasing a project together but was never surface to the public, the group continue to do freestyles for free and battles to earn respect. In mid 2006 I was introduce to the group Back Bloc, contain with the memebers of Sanity da Bloc Captain, Mavrick, Bonds, Cochise, M.O.S, & Shan Dolla, i prove that i could hang with the best of them in my school even though my voice wasn't as big as theres. In the fall of 2006 I was introduce to Wiseguy from WB Entertainment by my producer Drew, i recorded two tracks in the studio, "Cash", and It's Alright (One Blood) hit, Wiseguy signed me after i drop a freestyle to him. In 2007 Pyro became my official name after giving the name K-OZ to a local artist in my area, I started to perform in front of families, friends, everyone, prove that i had the skills to rip the mic, In the summer of 2007 Lockdown left the label to be with Pham Inc Music and at the same time Syknis as well. In the fall of 2007 Pyro pursue his solo career again and was releasing his first mixtape "Prince Of Da Block", in the mix of Syknis and Lockdown leaving the label, Pyro drop "The General", a hard diss to the former members and two other artists down with them, Will Chillz & Young A. Pham Inc artist Lockdown, shot back with a youtube freestyle video to Pyro, the battle never was dediced. In November of 2007 when Pyro was promoted his mixtape "Prince Of Da Block" days before the released in George Washington High School, he ran into Lockdown and the two end the beef. On November 27, 2007, Prince Of Da Block was released and the tape was a smash and even E.Ness From Badboy cop the mixtape. In December of 2007 Pyro bump into Syknis and the two end the beef but Syknis refused to return to the label. In February of 2008 Pyro goes back to the studio and hooks up with Cann Smith to be down with NBD Records, second mixtape "Lyrical Genius" will drop either spring or summer 2008, "Lyrical Genius" will be released under NBD Records/Hood Hitz Entertainment, stay tune to more music and stay lock for more.
