~My life is a metaphorical reality. It’s hard for me to say what I want, so I use metaphors instead; some people get it and some don’t.
In one of the first songs I wrote, my chorus was, “All I see is sunshine, shining down on me. But all I feel is rain, pouring down on me.” It’s like saying there’s two ways to open your eyes, yet only one way to close them. You see what you want to see, you show people what you want to show them, but in the end you know the truth. So the sunshine is what you want people to see and the rain is the painful truth.
Music is poetry with melody to it, and poetry is words with rhythm, in which I add metaphors to, to ease my mind and tell the story of my life. Music is life.~

I've been taught music since 5th grade, went to the #3 Junior High School in Brooklyn as a vocal major and am currently attending the #1 Performing Arts High School in New York. I've been singing since I was about 3, I was born into music, so I have an INCREDIBLE ear for the smallest things you think people won't realize. Due to all of this I'm an extremely harsh music critic, but I do it so you don't sound stupid, and not because I'm trying to be mean.
