I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

What I love: Cats. Final Fantasy XI (Elph and Myrla on Ragnarok, formerly Alexander, temporarily from Seraph) ; music, especially of the Virginian kind ; my friends (many of whom never hear it enough); reading (poetry, books, gimmeh gimmeh gimmeh); writing (mostly poetry, I hide); i actually enjoyed college the last time I went...
I've lived in 4 states now (Kansas, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland), and am back in Kansas for a bit. I don't know for how long, so don't ask...
I think I've had virtually every job someone could have that's been a retail kid. Pet Store, Book Store, Clothing Store, Electronics Store, a few food places.. what have you.
What else.. I live, I love, as fiercely as I can.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

-Anyone looking for a One Girl Army. (promotion, taping, photography, merch pimp, etc). =] (Yes, I will travel. No, not usually for free, unless expenses are covered.)
-Any old school Aware Reps (I've been since August of 1998!). Aware is how I got started in this industry and how I've learned more than I can say.
-Anyone of The Frames or The Swell Season; Glen Hansard and company are what music really is today.
-Kathleen Edwards - just to be able to tell her how much I admire her, and see if I could sing with her one day *laugh*
-Adrienne Rich
-Dr. Robert Ballard. I believe he is one of the most amazing adventurers of our time, and I would love the chance to be able to speak with him or even hear him lecture.

My Blog
