About Me

I am a professional triathlete. I am also an industrial engineer from the University of Iowa, and spent two years working for Alcoa Aluminum Co. I grew up in Ankeny, IA but have lived for short periods of time in Boston, LA, Kansas, Colorado Springs, Bettendorf, IA City, Runaway Bay Australia, and Tucson. My Interests

I enjoy working out and swimming, cycling, and running is my profession at the moment but I also enjoy playing soccer, skiing with my boy Scott Sibbel, lifting weights, inline skating, and pretty much anything active or outdoors.

Blues Traveler would have to be the favorite, but enjoy all kinds of music from Jazz, Blues, Classic Rock, Hip Hop, R&B, House, Alternative you name it I probably have it.

Movies:

Single best movie, Rocky, Academy Award Winner Best Picture 1976. Great success story for Stallone.

Television:

Don't watch much television but love Sports Center

Books:

I read a lot of non-fiction, but love intellectual books by Ayn Rand. Also enjoy a good fictional law book. "Honor is self-esteem made visible in action." -Ayn Rand
