Scott E Cooper

Scott is a singer/songwriter/producer from Oxford England.
I first starting playing music live in roughly May 2000. Shortly after this I got the opportunity to record in a professional studio and created two demo CD's which made me enough money to buy my own recording equipment.
My debut album “Spread The Word” was released back in 2005 on my own independent label. I played mainly open mic nights, warm-up slots and the occasional festival in and around Oxford for the best part of a year supporting the record. To date the album has sold out of the original pressing and has since gone on to be made available on iTunes, Napster, Amazon and many other well established music retailers.
In early 2007 I decided to concentrate on my next project which is entitled “a handful of emotions”. The record is comprised of twelve personal songs that I had in the past kept hidden away from public eye deliberately incomplete. Playing a slot at the “delicious music festival” in 2008 I had the chance to play some of the new songs to what I feel was a really positive reaction.
Its been along time coming but I feel that now is the time for this album to be released.
