The son of a DJ, SicksentZ has generated quite a buzz as one of New York's top up and coming DJs and producers. A songwriter and producer since the age of 13, Sick has an extremely versatile ear that can take a crowd anywhere from old school Hip Hop gems, to rare Brazilian Funk grooves, to classic and new House and Electro music. His unique approach to spinning combines skills he's honed as an engineer and producer to create a party experience like none other.
SicksentZ can be seen at some of his favorite NY venues including Franklin Park, SOBs, Santos, and Southside. His selection of self produced remixes keep crowds on edge as their favorite tunes get a stamp of originality unlike ever before. The Summer of 2010 marks the beginning of a 2 year residency in Europe for the NY native, and his last months in the States are set to be filled with farewell sets that are sure to be talked about for a while.
