Hmm.. upon reading my old 'about me' section and finding out how many kids i scared away because of my bitterness, I've decided to do a little...renovation. So, I will go into my interests n stuff summore, yo.
Well, for starters, I am a hip-hop head. Anything and everything to do with hip-hop(the breakdancing, the music, the fashion, the graffitti, all of it)I love. I have a passion for writing my own lyrics. Nothing beyond mere poetry, but I've found that that's a great stress reliever.(Something like a 'Diary'(Journal for you homophobes) about things bothering me day to day, and even the positives.
Add to that I have a love for the DJ/Production aspect of Hip Hop. I love the ability to concoct a new, refreshing sound from cuts and pieces of other records. I have a set of Turntables, a mixer, and a decent audio setup in my room, but I dont really see it going past a hobby type of thing. I see myself doing a few parties, but thats pretty much it, yeah.
I also LOVE basketball, both playing at parks and watching.(NEW YORK KNICKS NIGAZ!) I've been meaning to try out for teams, but always have been somewhat hesitant for one reason or another.
writing this up makes me want to delete that huge survey thats on (literally) millions of others' spaces, and upon typing this sentence, I did! =D. Uhm. Next paragraph.
Lets see... how I see myself..: I see myself as a generally cool person. I have been told many times that I am the quiet type, I guess thats some sorta BS safety mechanism created in response to my low self-esteem in elementary through my early High School years. Oh well, I am working on 'coming out of my shell' so to speak, and its working well it seems to me.
