Anything with lots of action and little to no romance. Gun fights, car chases, knife fights, fist fights, explosions, and zombies, preferably all in the same movie. My 3 favorites- Grindhouse, Natural Born Killers, and V for Vendetta

Television:
There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. I like educational TV. I especially like the episodes of Man vs. Wild where Bear Grylls has to get naked to warm up.
Books:
I've read almost every book I own at least 3 times and I own 2 bookshelves. I like stories, regardless of their basis in reality. Some notable favorites; anything by Herman Hesse or Steve Martin, No Future Without Forgiveness by Desmond Tutu, The Little Prince, and The Unbearable Lightness of Being. There just aren't enough good short stories around, but I love those too.
