Composing songs is comparable to housecleaning. It's a matter of sorting your shit out. Sometimes it's easy. Especially if you're angry. Sometimes it's hard and boring. But neccesary. Sometimes you just dust off the shelves. Sometimes you get rid of everything at once. Sometimes no one but you notices. Sometimes it all ends up in a hopeless pile in your backyard, And sometimes it makes someone else happy.
