Latest movie was Eragon. Ohhh it was good. Annie cried twice and almost made me cry when I looked over and she was all teary. Bitch! Make me show emotion. I hate you! :) You know I don't. I got to meet Von for the first and second time this week. He's faboo! :) Yeah, Annie and Von went swimming in my pool on December 22nd (or was it the 23rd by then?). Okay, so it's like in the high 70's out, but the pool can't be more than 60 degrees or so. Swim on, you crazy polar bear wanna-bees. Next time I'll throw a big ball in for you to paw around. :) I've noticed that I use smilies quite frequently in my typing these days. I get addicted to things too fast. :) :) :) :) :) :) But I'm getting really good at typing them quickly. Oh, before I forget, MERRY CHRISTMAS to everyone! I'm in a Scrooge mood this year. I want to be back home with my family but it just didn't work out. I get to spend Christmas day mostly alone...well, me and the bottle makes two. ...and if I do end up eating, it'll prolly be a toasted ham sandwich. My fabulous Christmas dinner. I swear there's a trailer park girl in me just clawing to get out. I'll be 30 soon, so at least I have THAT to look forward to. Uhhhh...I got straight A's for first term. (bite me, you jealous bitches) :) I've always had straight A's in school, though...so it's not really all that special for me. In the shell of a nut, I'm bored, cranky, PMSing and ready for the Hellidays to be over with already so I can get back to school and be that much closer to my career. Hugs & Kisses! I should be shot for not writing sooner...maybe in the foot? Just went to see The Prestige. I really don't care what anyone else's opinion is on the movie, I thought it was absolutely phenomenal. That's all I'll say so I don't go blabbing anything secret. Our Halloween party was a hit. WHEW! Everyone that attended has relayed what a good time they had. A big thank you to all of you for coming. Special thanks to 'The Magnificent M' for tidying up the house the following morning. I want to have your baby. Changing gears...school is going great. It's a LOT of homework. It's a LOT of homework. Did I mention it's a LOT of homework? ...cause it's a LOT of homework. I'm doing well with it, though. The girls love to hate me. Annie and Kelc can vouche for me there. I don't purposely try to be perfect...it just happens. Kinda like shit. :) Home life is good. Tim still knows how to mash on a button, but other than that I don't need to kill him any time soon. The family is good as far as I know. I get trickle down updates as new things happen, and as I do I pass them on to you. The left corner of my soapbox is starting to cave in, so I'd better get down off of it. That's all for now, folks. OMG! It's actually about me this time. I was accepted into the Interior Design program at International Academy of Design and Technology and will start school October 9th!!!! I'm sooooooo relieved and excited all at the same time. Pushing 30, it's about time I got my head screwed on right and followed through with a career plan. In 3 years, I will have my BA in Interior Design along with my state license. After two years with an established design company, I will be opening my own company and working under my license...in other words, I'll get to boss myself around. FINALLY! :) I really can't wait...

My dad, in his ongoing fight with cancer (lymphoma), is going in for surgery on Tuesday morning (June 13th). They will be doing a biopsy of one of the lymph glands near his bronchial tubes. Please keep him (and my family) in your thoughts and prayers...he's been through a lot.~News Entry 2~
Rough weekend...Tim and I split up on Friday, giving us both some much needed time to think about how we treat each other. As of Sunday morning, we're giving it one more go. Wish us luck...it's been a rocky past few months.~News Entry 1~
