With Immortality was formed in January 1998. Shortly after they released thier first CD, "Dissected." They also played a variety of local shows, building up a large fan base. Other opportunities soon arose such as opening for Deicide, Anal Blast and Dying Fetus. The next full length released was entitled The Aroma of Spread Labia. By this time W/I had many crowd favorites written, such as "Gargling Diarrhea" and "Shit on Dick." Their influence on the Philadelphia area spawned more large shows with bands such as Deeds of Flesh and Cephalic Carnage. Festivals played by W/I include the March Metal Meltdown in 99 and 03, and the LA Murderfest is 06.
W/I also arrainged a Maryland Deathfest pre-show in Philly including Total Fucking Destruction, Rotten Sound, Misery Index and Magrudergrind. The bands next release was a 3 song promo called "The Prelude to Wretched Lust." Sadly the band parted in September of 07. The bands latest full length recording "Wretched Lust" is to be released in 09 under Dark Friday Records. Past members have moved on to play in bands such as Set Ablaze, The Black Dialiah Murder and Insatanity.
