FISTAFACE is an original metal band formed in 1999 and based in Auburn, IN (USA). Our music style is mixed, combining several different types of metal into some groove oriented, head banging, mosh pit thrashing mayhem! Some of our influences are....Six Feet Under, Testament, Pantera, Overkill, S.O.D, Death, Cannibal Corpse and Napalm Death just to name a few! We've had several line-up changes since the beginning, until piecing together our current group of Metal Maniacs! Right now we have....Chris Burch on Vocals & Bass, Bill Lilly on Drums & Backing Vocals, Jason Mitchell on Rhythm Guitar and Scotty James on Lead Guitar!
We've performed many shows over the years, with numerous other bands, some of which include....Mobile Deathcamp, Typhus, The Red Death, Fog, Gunship666, Graverobber, Zephaniah, Imminent Demise, Ratzkrieg, Demented, Legion, Habitual Coersion, 80,000 Dead, Summon, Cryptic (RIP Terry Linn) and Consumed by Fury just to name a few! We've performed at multiple venues across Indiana and at various fund raisers and events throughout Northern Indiana! We've released 2 studio demo CD's so far. A self-titled 3 song disc in 2002 and a self-titled 2 song disc in 2004! We recorded both at Monastic Chambers studio in New Haven, IN, with Jon Gillespie at the controls!
Our "newest" disc is available NOW! Get yourself one or more! It's a 5 song EP, simply titled EP 2008! We recorded it at Ensomberoom Studio in Ft. Wayne, IN and it was produced through Disc Makers in California! The EP can be purchased down below or by contacting one of our band members (to save the shipping and handling cost)! Be prepared for the onslaught! We're also seeking record label support, so we can get out on the road, meet and tour with new bands, make lots of new fans and "Destroy" venues across the country and eventually....THE WORLD!!
