About Me

I live in the high mountains of Colorado with my beautiful girlfirend Carina. At about 9500 feet above see level, it's a truly great place to live. The skiing is amazing and the summers are even more fun (When I have time to enjoy it). I am a full time apprentice (final year!) at Colorado Mountain Culinary Institute. At Keystone, I have worked at some of the finest mountian restaurants in the country. After school, we plan to travel a little to experience some other food and culture. People don't exactly LIVE seafood here like fishermen in Alaska do. Or Oregon, Washington, ect... See where I'm going here, skiing and coasts. Eventually want to learn to make small-batch artisan cheeses... goat, sheep ect... I also love to dance to some good improvisational music now and then (everyday if i could). String cheese, Railroad earth, dead, ect... And of course, the Talking Heads.
