The songs that are playing are "Sweet Heavens Child" written by Stacey Bowman and this is a Seattle, Wa. Recording with Mark Wolfson as Producer(Reele Entertainments) and Niel Citron (favored Nations)as Engineer, "Sweet Little Jesus Boy" Public Domain/LA Recording same crew and "I'm Tryin to Remember Me" is also an original written by Stacey Bowman and this is a rough Demo of this song with Jason Wilbur (John Prines band leader)on guitar recorded with Mark Hood productions. I had just written this song the night before we recorded it so it's kind of funny to hear how unsure my vocal was. We have come a long way on that song so I cant wait to do a good recording of it. Meanwhile, while I am working on a band slide and bio I wanted to entertain you with a slide show of my kids when they were little and still sweet! Brooke is my darling little girl and while she loves music and photography (and is a very good photographer)she decided to go a different route than the rest of us. Brooke is still considering a carreer but has shifted a bit. In fact we just found out that she is going to have a child of her own. We are very excited as I know that she and John will be very good loving parents and I will soon get to put my new grandbaby in my pics. Who knows maybe this will inspire a new song?
Last but not least Jade (my youngest) just moved to Seattle with his older brother. This is a good place for Jade as he is a talented musician and like myself he and Josh both write their own original material.
I am very proud of my kids and I will do everything I can to support them in their dreams as they are a very important part of who I am as a musician and a person.
